Who they are
As soon as we heard it, we fell in love with the story of The Dram of Churchtown, a local family-run whisky business in Southport.
What they needed
Darren came to us at the very start of his journey. He was leaving his job to follow his dream, and he wanted a company who would give him a website that told his story and attracted the right people.
How we helped
We started with a brand workshop to help Darren to establish who his customers would be, and what message would most engage them. We helped him to establish a brand persona, and built the vision for how the brand would develop. We also helped him to create an action plan for managing his social media and other marketing.
Then we created the copy and design for a beautiful website that would attract the right audience. It was important to Darren that he be able to add to the website himself over time, so we created the site in WordPress and gave him training on how to use it.
